Bill Clinton has done the traditional Presidential literary turn, writing a big fat memoir -- My Life came in at a doorstop-worthy 957 pages. Now comes news that he will be doing something quite a bit different: writing a thriller -- a genre he is known to be a fan of -- with James Patterson, whose own books have sold some 365 million copies.
The President is Missing, as the book will be titled, is scheduled for release in June 2018. It will draw on Clinton's first-hand knowledge of things presidential, though Clinton and the co-publishers, Alfred A. Knopf and Hachette, are keeping quiet about the plot.
